Hotel Reservation: 

For room bookings: The booking ID code is 11357. Atlantic Sands Hotel DOES NOT accept online room reservations for groups; all guests must call the front desk directly at 302-227-2511 and refer to TEECA East 11357 when making their room reservations. 

If one college would like to block several rooms for their organization, it would be much easier to have them contact the hotel directly directly via email and to be assisted with securing multiple room reservations at once.

Fees

Conference Fee (student or adviser)

$150 — If postmarked and mailed to North Carolina State University by October 9th
$175— If postmarked after October 9th

The 2026 TEECA East Conference Fee includes: 

• Access to all competitive, professional, and social events and activities

• Thursday multi-event night with snacks

• Friday and Saturday morning breakfast

• Friday Formal Banquet

• Saturday Awards Luncheon

• Conference t-shirt with logo!

• Unlimited networking and memories!

Guest Fee (for unregistered guests of conference participants )

$60 — Formal Banquet for unregistered guests
$50 — Awards Ceremony Luncheon for unregistered guests

Code of Conduct

All participants, by registering for the conference, confirm that they have read and agreed to abide by the TEECAeast Code of Conduct.

On-Time Reservation and Registration (by October 9) 

By October 9,  each institution should have completed the following three steps:

• Hotel reservation secured with the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center for all needed rooms (see hotel information for further details)

• Competitive Events Registration Form 2026 TEECA East Competitive Events Registration. Please review the 2026 TEECA EAST Registration Guidelines and Instructions

• Check for Conference Fees/Guest Fees for all participating students, advisers, and guests mailed.
